Youtube famous comedy group JK Studios is coming to Rexburg on their first ever tour. After 7 years of making youtube videos and transitioning from Studio C to JK Studios, the original cast has finally been able to plan a tour so their fans can watch them up close and personal.

Ever since our Studio C days we’ve wanted to go on tour, but it never worked out logistically but now that we have our own company with JK Studios we were finally able to put it together,” cast member Jason Gray said.

One of the reasons they are so popular is because they are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints .They make their content relatable to all ages and groups. This may seem like a restriction to lots of people, but they embrace the limits.

“I think it has helped us keep our comedy family friendly which actually made our show very accessible to all ages. What people might have thought would be a restriction to our comedy actually opened up a lot of doors for us,” Gray said.

A lot of people in Rexburg think of living here as a negative because it is such a small town and it’s hard to get your stuff out there, but when asked to share some advice to people in a small town trying to fulfill their dreams their answer pulled through.

“The nice thing about technology is that you don’t need to be from LA or New York or some big city to do amazing things. Talent can be discovered everywhere no matter where you live. The biggest reason Studio C was a success was because we put our content on youtube where it was eventually discovered by millions. It started really small and was a huge struggle, but because we were doing what we loved we kept pushing forward. Whatever you decide to do, just make sure you love doing it and then the hard work will seem easy,” Gray said.
