VSCO is a popular social media app. VSCO is similar to Instagram, other than the fact that VSCO doesn’t show how many followers you get, how many likes you get, and there also is no way to comment. You can just post whatever you’d like and as often as you like without getting judged. Sophomore Anna Marcum is considered a “VSCO girl” at Madison High school.
“My sister introduced me to the app VSCO about a year ago,” Marcum said.
Some people might wonder what a VSCO girl does.
“I mostly post pictures of me and my friends,” said Marcum.“I get a lot of favorites and republishes on VSCO,” Marcum said
People might think VSCO is pointless; why not just use Instagram?
“I don’t really know why but on Instagram I don’t post a lot, but on VSCO I can post pretty often without people judging me. Also VSCO is more of a “girly thing” so I don’t really care,” said Marcum.
