May 4th will always be known as the Star Wars Day. Say “May the Fourth be with you” out loud and you’ll understand why fans have chosen May 4th as their day to celebrate.
When Senior Moy Avila was a little kid he watched Star Wars and immediately loved it. Now he wants everyone to know that he is the biggest Star Wars fan.
“I am probably the biggest Star Wars fan, I have 13 light sabers and I have dedicated my whole room to Star Wars Legos. I’m definitely going to dress up for school, either as a Jedi or Kylo Ren,” said Avila.
At Madison High School, students don’t take this day as a joke.
“I love Star Wars because it’s so unique it’s created a legacy. Everyday I carry around light sabers in my backpack, I also create my own Star Wars armour. I’m going to dress up as Boba Fett for school,” said Sophomore Mason Cameron.
Make Sure you watch all the Star Wars movies to celebrate this important holiday.
