Principal Klassen: Madison’s number 1 fan

Everyone at Madison loves our beloved Principal Klassen. What’s not to like about a guy that supports
our sports program massively and then also goes and supports our arts program with just as much
enthusiasm and love as he does the sports. That is a very rare thing to find in a principal one that loves
both equally as much and shows the love for both and that’s what makes him so good.
We asked him afew questions about the principal life starting with what brought him to become a principal? Klassen said,
“I never envisioned my life being a principal but I honestly love my job being able to root for you guys
in your games and all your clubs and can impact change in the school for a whole and I take that seriously
and love every part of it.” Klassen shows that everything matters to him at this school because of the way
he supports and will always help people if they need it. He says that his favorite part about being a
principal is “being able to build positive relationships with the students and also really enjoy interacting
with teachers. We do a really good job making sure we have high quality educators that put the kids first.”
We are lucky to have a principal that genuinely cares about everything that happens in the school. Thank
you Klassen. Today is a great day to be a Bobcat!
