Kobe 8 Protro ‘Halo’

The Kobe 8 Halo’s were released August 23, 2023. They are an all white colorway with a small carbon
fiber shank on the inside bottom of the shoe. These shoes, along with many other Kobe’s, have amazing
traction. They are very comfortable, once broken in, and a drop in react midsole. These shoes have
performed better than any other type of shoe that I have ever owned. However, with the all white
colorway, they do get dirty quick. These shoes were built with that in mind because the dirtier they are,
the more work it shows you have put in. The pros of these shoes are: comfortable, great grip, stability,
great feel with the drop in sole, and aesthetically pleasing. Now, the only con about these shoes that I can
find was the price. The price for a size 10.5 in these shoes is $328. I am not saying that these shoes are
worth that much money, but I think you will be very happy with your purchase if the price does not bother
you. If I had to give these shoes a ranking, they would be 9.5/10.
