The Last Home Game

The Madison boys basketball season is coming to an end and tonight is  the last home game of the season and here’s how some of our players are feeling.

Junior Chase Crane said, “I feel sad that the season is coming to an end but it’s been a pretty good season.”

This year the boys have a record of 14-6 and have a winning streak of 11 games in a row. 2 of those games were undefeated teams. All of the boys feel pretty accomplished looking back on the season. 

Junior Berrett Wilson said, “The season has been pretty good and successful.”

We were curious to know if the student section helps and encourages the players during the game or if it messes them up. 

Junior James Lindstrom said, “Our team plays better with energy and the student section brings that so it’s fun.”

For every game the student section has dressed up with a certain theme for every game. The students at Madison High School are very supportive and dedicated to helping the boys win the game. 

Crane said, “The student section helps us get motivated and gives us energy for the game.”
