Spikeball Tournament
Here at MHS, the spring tournaments are about to begin.
The spike ball tournament is a very competitive sport here at MHS and a lot of participating students are excited to compete.
“I am pumped and ready to go. Me and Colin are teammates and are ready to kick some butt,” Senior Spencer Stutz said.
Senior Austin Child is also competing in the tournament and claims to be ready for the games.
“[Senior] Hunter Strobel and I have a dang good chance of winning,” Child said.
Senior Spencer Burgener has a special skill in this sport.
“I have a special move called ‘The Tweener’, where my partner sets me up and I hit the ball between the legs,” Burgener said.
There are many teams that are going to be hard to beat which will make this an exciting tournament.
“There is a lot of talk about the Ballard’s and how great they are. I think we are ready and that we can take them,” Stutz said.
