MHS students wrote letters to Santa in their Creative Writing class.

Dear Santa,

For Christmas I would like one column in the yearbook to be able to go and pull people out of class and ask them questions. Then write one story to put in the yearbook.

Thank you so much,

Cole Crummey, age 17

Dear Santa,

I am 18 years old now so I don’t believe in you anymore. I hope that doesn’t hurt your feelings, in fact, I hope you keep delivering presents to all the little children and spreading Christmas joy. But yeah I don’t believe in you anymore. So there you have it. Have a Merry Christmas.

Nathan Fullmer, age 18

Dear Santa,

It’s been awhile since I last wrote a letter to you. I’ll get straight to the point. I want a full ride to BYU and all my books paid for. I know that may sound like a lot, but it would be really nice. A car would also be nice.

Spencer Hinck, age 17

Dear Santa,

I know you’re real because when i was younger you showed up at my house on Christmas Eve. After telling you what I wanted, we watched you drive away in a sweet red and black car that looked extremely close to a mix between the batmobile and your traditional sleigh.

I’m not sure what to ask for, my family is safe and I am well. I have my two front teeth. I do have a question for you, what do you think I should get? You have watched over me all my life after all, so what do you think? No one ever asks you what you think. They only ask for what they want, but do you or your elves ever want anything? Maybe money because sending all those amazon packages all over the world must be really expensive. How do you have so much money?

Please Write soon,

Brooke Littlefield, age 17

Yo what’s up Mr. Claus,

To be straight up with you, I don’t want a lot of things. The only things I want are; vine to come back from the dead, and a lifetime supply of tacos because why not? That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less.

From your “favorite” (jk i’m not your favorite)

Daisy R. age 60
