A Disappointing Game for Rhett Edwards

Rhett Edwards felt great in the first half of his church ball game with 20 points, but was gassed in the second half, leading to a loss for his team Wednesday night in Rexburg. 

“Not good. I could have done better, and I let the team down,” junior Rhett Edwards said . 

Edwards had energy in the first half, scoring 20 points, but by the second half he was too tired to do much for his team.

“I was gassed. I couldn’t do much anymore. I let the team down, couldn’t pass the ball, couldn’t drive the ball. I just couldn’t do anything,” Edwards said. 

Supporters who were there to watch could see that he ran out of energy, which made him not play as well as he could have.

“I think he had a great first half and he got really tired in the second half, and did not play very well in the second half,” junior Chase Crane said.
