Girls and boys are very different, especially when it comes to getting ready. When it comes to getting ready for dances, who takes longer?

“I hop in the shower, put on my clothes, put mousse in my hair, shake it up a little bit, and then ask my mom if I look good,” Senior Ben Dredge said.

The typical man is very simple, and this transfers over when he gets ready. Four simple quick steps and he’s done in 30 minutes. Some women on the other hand are quite different.

“I’m nit picky, but I would say getting everything exactly how you want it is the hardest part of getting ready,” Senior Claire Hillier

So how does all this affect the time it takes to get ready?

“Total time about an hour and a half, but it’s hard to say,” Hillier said.
