First Impressions are Everything

New school year brings new students, and with new students come first impressions. The question is if our school is making a good first impression for these students. 

“All of the teachers are very willing to work with you, and they’re very supportive,” Junior Nicole Thomson said.

Not only did the individual classes do a good job, but the programs helped students feel good.

“There are better music programs, and they’re not dying and there are way more people. They’re really focused on having fun which I think is good,” Junior Hallie Flamm said.

So classes and programs aside, were the people and environment good?

“It seemed like a good environment where you can feel safe at school. There were lots of people to help me, and overall the school felt very welcoming,” Thomson said.

So if first impressions are everything, then it would seem that students liked their first impression.

“It’s one of the nicer schools that i’ve seen and I was like ‘woah, this is a fun school,’” Flamm said.
