Art Club Colors Elementary School with their Service

For Christmas, the art club made coloring books to give to the all of the kindergarteners in the district during lunch this last Wednesday, December 13th.

“Our project for all the kindergarten students in our district which ended up being 440 is making little color book kits and we’re gonna take them to their schools and give it to them for Christmas,” Mr. Lauritsen said.

The art club members were excited to help with the project.

“When you’re a kindergartener it’s your first time experiencing the world, it’s your first time going to school so I think it’s really good that they experience creativity in the classroom and not just at home,”Senior Molly Kennedy said.
