Bobcats play Trojans Friday Night
The Bobcats will play the Trojans Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Rigby High School. This is a conference game to see where the Bobcats are seated in the 6A.
Madison is in 11th and the Trojans are in 1st in state 6A rankings. With the Bobcats being 1-2 and the Trojans being 7-0 in conference games. Overall records for this season are Madison 11-6 and Rigby 12-6. The girls have already played each other this year, having Rigby win by 46-43. The Bobcats are ready to make a comeback Friday night.
Everyone should come and support the girls and help them get the win against the Trojans. The girls want as much support as they can get.
“I think the Bobcats will take the win because of the atmosphere,” said Madison student Emmie Blackham.
This should be a pretty interesting game at Rigby. The girls have worked hard during practice. They deserve to be recognized for all the time they have put in to make it this far. Madison and Rigby are rivals so the student section could be very entertaining to watch.
Madison student Destiny Hope said,“I am hyped about this game.”
As the two teams go up against each other this game could go either way. Both Madison and Rigby are very competitive teams with hard working girls who don’t give up.
