Fashion is always changing and what’s in style at the moment ends up getting made fun of 20 years later. Here’s some of today’s trends students think we’ll be laughing at in the next two decades.

“I think we are going to be mocking every shoe that is platformed just because we have a lot of them right now,” Sophomore Taylee Stock said.

Platform shoes aren’t the only thing people think we’ll be mocking in the future.

“I think we’ll be mocking how the boys bleach and buzz their heads,” Junior Aislyn Peterson said.

This particular beauty trend is very controversial, many agree that it’s not going to stick around for long.

“I think we’ll be roasting all the boys bleaching and buzzing their hair, it’s just weird,” Sophomore Sadie Stucki said.

Styles definitely come and go, but dances are another trend that people end up mocking down the road.

“I think we’ll be roasting the griddy. Whenever I see someone do that, I just cringe inside,” Ethan Rennaker said.
