McDonald’s Musical

It’s a Saturday night at 12 am, BYUI college and Madison students experience a moment they will never forget. An impromptu musical in McDonald’s led by a very enthusiastic college student.

“They started banging on the tables in McDonald’s to the song We are Young by Fun…this guy got up and he got on the seats and he started singing it like out loud to literally everyone and literally all of McDonald’s joined in singing along with him,” junior Isabelle Marshall said.

Getting deep into the song some people were not enjoying the free concert. A worker soon came out protesting the volume of the performance.

“The McDonald’s worker yelled at us for no reason, she was just having a bad night I guess,” senior Lexi Green said.

Even though it was tragically ended it was definitely a memorable moment for these students.

“It felt like a High School Musical moment because all of us were singing and dancing and just having a really good time…it felt like a movie because everyone was so happy singing together united as one,” senior Rani Smith said.
