Flurries of Fun
One of the positives of the winter season in Rexburg is the rare snow days that are announced. Snow days this winter are being spent in a flurry of excitement.
“Oh, I partied! I went sledding, and got hot cocoa, and hung out with friends. It was really fun! I also worked at the Hickory,” Senior Boston Jensen said.
Taking advantage of the small break from school, Junior Makaylie Judd and her friends hung around town and snapped a few photos.
“I had a photoshoot with my friends, we went into town and we started taking pictures on the backside of the romance theater, and just wandered around town taking pictures everywhere, and they turned out really good!” said Judd.
Not everyone spent their snow day partying. Some people had a more productive break from school.
“I spent the time grading papers, and writing letters of recommendation for students who are applying to college,” Teacher Ms. Ward said.
