Your first concert is a rite of passage as a teen or young adult. There are many memories that will be remembered forever after a really good concert. But that does not mean there won’t be bad experiences along with it. What are some of Madison High School’s best and worst experiences?

WORST

“My first LANY concert I got to the third row which was really good but I almost got murdered for it. People were literally pulling my hair and yelling at me. It was terrifying but I also touched the singer.” Senior Emily Haslem said.

“The one I went to when I was younger was Secondhand Serenade and it was in this tiny cramped room.” Ms. Bearnson.

“The worst concert I went to was probably the Miley Cyrus concert because I was very little and thought I was going to get to meet her but I didn’t so I cried for half of the concert.” Sophomore Bailee Jeppesen.

BEST

“At Bastille, I got to the very front against the railings and I touched him too.” Senior Emily Haslem.

The Luke Bryan one was the best because it was outside in the summer so it was the perfect temperature.” Ms. Bearnson.

“My favorite concert was the second time I went to Justin Bieber. He was very interactive with the crowd and just super fun.” Sophomore Bailee Jeppesen.
