Halloween Traditions at MHS
Halloween is a holiday that is known for it’s many traditions. Students at MHS share some of these experiences.
“We make caramel apples every year and we go to a haunted attraction as a family. Me and my friends watch Jaws every Halloween because we don’t really like scary movies so that’s about as scary as we’ll get,” Junior Haylie Brown said.
Some traditions are very unique to certain people and families.
“We have a tradition where we will pick someone in our family to create a Clue scenario. And our family will get to play it out that night. It’s pretty fun,” Sophomore Josh Holloway said.
All though simple, other Halloween traditions give family and friends a chance to enjoy each other’s company over the holiday.
“Me and my family carve pumpkins together. It’s nice to have that tradition because we get to spend time together,” Sophomore Ashley Woods said.
