New Broadcasting Class Kicks Off this Week

This year at MHS a new broadcasting room has been set up for Mr. Barrus’ new broadcasting class.

“It’s always been kind of my dream to put something like this together,” Mr. Barrus said.

The class is centered around events happening around the school.

“We are starting a news class where we will learn how to present news and we will be reporting on school events and things that happen throughout the school,” Senior Jayson Wade said.

The students will be putting a video up every two weeks starting Thursday.

“There’s always something going on and noteworthy that we can report on and lots of times nobody really knows about it,” Junior Spencer Stutz said.
