The girls soccer team has started the 2017 season with a bang. They are working hard to succeed this season.
“I just think it’s fun and I love all of my teammates, we are all really good friends and it’s a lot of fun” Sophomore Annalise Brunson said about why she plays soccer.
The girls soccer team this year is younger than usual and are determined to work hard and grow stronger.
“We are a pretty young team, we have ten sophomores on varsity. So we are just looking forward to building as a team and getting better“ Sophomore Annalise Brunson said.
The bobcats are undefeated so far in the 2017 season and show potential for continuing with a strong season.
“The season has been going good, we’ve won every game and tied once,” Senior Korryn Gulley said.
Gulley said she is most excited to win districts this season and others believe that they can achieve that.
“With the amount of talent we have this year I expect us to win districts then go to state and show that this side of the state can compete in girls soccer at the highest level”, Head Coach Jaymon Birch said.
