Discrepancies between high school football and professional football rules

A football referee calls a penalty.
There is a problem with football and the reason why has reason: high school football rules are more complicated than college and NFL football rules!
An example of this is the neutral zone. Usually if a defender gets on the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped it is a foul. But a lot of the time they get the chance to back up–but not in high school. Oh no there is no mercy. If you go into the neutral zone as a defender instant five-yard loss.
Plenty of fans would think that high school would have the more lenient rulebook but things like this just prove them wrong.
The last case of high school being more complicated is in NFHS (high school rules). A defensive holding can only happen if a receiver runs behind their defender, other than that the defender can practically sucker punch the receiver. In the NFL past five yards the receiver is safe–could it be more simple than that.
Though yes there is the reason that high school football may have more fragile players.
Moise Joos said, “All football rules should be the same from high school to pro to college to prepare us.”
