Winter Formal: who makes the move?

Lately there has been talk going around about whether Winter Formal should be a boys choice or girls choice dance. Due to two of the girls’ choice dances being cancelled.

 “If a girl wanted to go, but she didn’t get asked by a guy, then she has the chance to actually go and ask.” Junior Isabell Hunsaker said. “It’s good to give them a chance to ask as well.”

There are many reasons girls want it to be. But the guys have reasons too. 

 “I’d probably prefer girls’ choice. Because then I don’t have to ask someone on a date.” Senior Camden Ward said.

Although it’s tradition for guys to ask it’s good to switch it up.

“It’s good to give them a chance to ask as well.” Hunsaker said.
