Cool Photos show up on Bobcat Beat

Bobcat beat is growing bigger and better every year, and with the new addition of a photo tab to our website, you can see photos that the yearbook and BB staff have taken but aren’t using. The photography class is also uploading photos there too so there is a big variety of what you might find. The photos are divided into 3 sections: fine arts, sports, and senior banners, so if you are interested go check it out.
Where do these photos come from? They are extra photos from yearbook and photography classes.
“When my Yearbook kids go out and take pictures, sometimes they’ll take over a thousand pictures, and we only use, like, 10. And so they’ll go through and get the best pictures that aren’t going in the book and they put them up because they are still really really good photos,” Stanford said.
You don’t want to miss out on these photos that won’t be found anywhere else.
“Every photo they take has super good qualities, but there’s always those funny ones where they’re making funny faces,” Stanford said
These photos are truly valuable because they show the great time that we have had here at MHS. You can download any of the photos for free or there are options to purchase printed copies that will be mailed to you. All the money is going right back into the programs.
“It is fun to see what the photographers are seeing. They get to go on the field and all over the stands or around the court and sometimes those photos are something you would like to have, Stanford said.
