Cool Cars Pull up to MHS Parking Lot

Students are always on the lookout for the sweetest rides in the parking lots. The vehicles can vary from jacked-up trucks to modded-out race cars. Here is a list of cars that have recently caught our attention.
- Tesla Model 3
Senior Marcel Mema and his family have owned this car for just over a month, and it has already become a standout at school.
“My dad just bought it,” Mema said.
The Car isn’t just new and stylish, it’s fast too, which is one of the plus sides to an electric vehicle. 
“My Tesla goes 0-60 in about four seconds,” Mema said.
The car is dark grey with a black interior so keep an eye out for it.
- Porsche Boxster
Senior Hunter Erickson has a 2004 Porsche Boxster S.
“I got it the Thursday before school started,” Erickson said.
This car is special because it is a stick shift, but that’s not all.
“It’s a convertible, too,” Erickson said.
He has already made many memories in this car, especially when he was learning to drive manual.
“I stalled it like 8 times at this stop sign, and my dad had to get out of the car anddirect traffic like a policeman,” Erickson said.
This car is black and has a Porsche badge so it definitely stands out in the parking lots.
- Chevrolet Camaro
Senior Aiden Zimmer owns a 1980 Chevrolet Camaro.
“I’ve had it for about a year” Zimmer said.
Something special about the car is that it’s a classic.
“It’s being engine swapped right now, so it’ll have a 454 in it” Zimmer said.
The engine swap is supposed to make the car a lot faster than it already is.
“I’m planning on making it go over 220,” Zimmer said.
The Camaro is definitely a standout with the American muscle car style. You’ll know it when you see it; The car is black with a red interior.
“I’ve always wanted a really nice car, A cheap and easy one to work on,” Zimmer said.
