Dances: Date, Friends, or Solo?

Hoco is coming up and the question is: Go with a date, friends or solo? Addi Chiddix shares her experiences and tells which is her favorite.
“I think going with your friends on a date is super fun because you get to do the day date and hang out with your friends and your dates. It’s an all day thing and it’s super fun,” Senior Addi Chiddix said.
From day dates to the dance itself, Chiddix says the experience can be a blast, especially when it’s shared with people you’re close to.
“On my first day date, I went to a Halloween dance and we carved pumpkins and we had dinner together. It was super fun because I got to have fun with my best friends and our dates,” Chiddix said.
I asked five people what their opinion is on this topic. Four people said a date with your friends is the best, and one person said it is best with just your friends. Chiddix says dances are always fun if you make the most of it.
“I honestly think both are fun. If you don’t get asked to the dance, you might as well go to the dance and have fun with your friends. But both are awesome,” Chiddix said.
