Madison Bobcats Take Down the Thunder Ridge Titans
Madison put the hammer down on the Thunder Ridge Titans as they dominated in many aspects of the game and took a 50-33 win. Shot-making ability was a big part of the win, as well as defense. Madison’s defense was tough and disciplined all night long, leading to steals, rebounds, and fast break points.
The Bobcats had a few key players tonight, all adding stats to the stat sheet. Emily Stoeber brought the intensity and scored the first five points for the Bobcats, while Mia Walsh pulled down important rebounds down the stretch and added some tough buckets to the scoreboard. Sloane Humphrey facilitated the offense with several assists to her teammates and kept the intensity high.
A key play for Madison down the stretch came when things got chaotic and shots weren’t going in during the 4th quarter, but the Bobcats were able to pull the ball out and execute plays and never let up. The Bobcats will host the Highland Rams on wednesday night at home at 7:30.
