Hello week

Every bobcat celebrates hello week, whether it is by saying hello to somebody you don’t know, or dressing up with fun costumes for the week. We all do these things but do we really know what hello week is? And why is it so important to high school students? What better way to get information about being kind than our Madison councilors. 

“I think anything to promote social awareness and interaction. Anything we can do to branch out of our own comfort zone and say hi to somebody is so important to kids now,” Madison councilor Mr.Jones said.

 Madison is always helping students get out of their comfort zone and hello week is one of those events that help all students.

 “It’s one of those things that school has always promoted breaking out of your comfort zone. Say hi to somebody and make a friend and they’ve been told that for so many years I think it’s our job to keep enforcing that and to make it even more special. Let’s do something different this week, and i think that easy it will make everyone breaking out of their comfort zone and essay hello,” Madison councilor Mr. Jones
