All 3 of the MHS choirs had the opportunity to go to Salt Lake City and perform on Temple Square, December 15th, and 16th. They spent 2 days in Utah performing and enjoying the company of their friends. The experience was one to remember.

“I really liked hanging out with my friends. The busses were fun because there were lots of games, and hanging out. We got to know each other better and make new friends. It was just fun to go to all of the places we did and spread Christmas cheer,” Junior, and Musettes member, Alydia Grover said.

The choirs performed in multiple different locations, on Temple Square, and got to meet President Eyring.

“We performed at the Church Office Building, the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, and the Assembly Hall. We got to meet President Eyring and that was cool,” Junior, and Bel Cantos member, John Zenger said.

Friends were able to have bonding experiences and hang out together. The trip was a success

“I really liked everything about the trip, like hanging out with my friends. That was pretty awesome. Choir was pretty lit,” Sophomore, and Shades member, Issac Danielson said.
